Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation:

  • Language: All manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English.
  • Length: Manuscripts should not exceed 10,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
  • Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Word format (.doc or .docx).

2. Manuscript Structure:

  • Title: Brief and informative.
  • Abstract: Up to 300 words, providing a brief summary of the research objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: 3-5 relevant keywords.
  • Introduction: Background of the study and its objectives.
  • Methodology: Detailed description of the research methodology.
  • Results: Presentation and analysis of the research findings.
  • Discussion: Interpretation of results and integration with existing literature.
  • Conclusion: Summary of the findings and their implications.
  • References: Please use an appropriate citation format (e.g., APA, MLA).

3. Figures and Tables:

  • All figures and tables should be titled and properly labeled.
  • References to figures and tables should be included in the text.

4. Submission Process:

  • Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal's online system or to the editor's email address.
  • Authors will receive a confirmation of receipt within 3 working days.

5. Review Process:

  • All manuscripts will be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers in the field.
  • The review process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
  • Authors will be notified about the decision (accepted, revisions required, or rejected).

6. Publication Fees:

  • Please check the dedicated page on the journal website for information on publication fees and potential discounts or waivers.

7. Publication Ethics:

  • Manuscripts should be original and not previously published elsewhere.
  • Any quotation or material taken from another work should be properly cited.
  • Plagiarism will not be tolerated and will result in the rejection of the manuscript.
